There are many characteristics highlighting Peralillo's Carmenere. Its intense and deep red-violet color makes it very attractive. In the nose it displays a great quantity of fruit aromas like mature strawberries and raspberries, in harmony with an intense spicy bouquet like pepper. In the mouth it is gourmand; mature fruits which fill the mouth of nice and persistent sensations reappear. Its tannins, covering and silky, will encourage you to continue enjoying this wine. With an elegant mouth of medium body and velvety tannins; in the bottom the chocolate and vanilla dance. How to accompany it? The rule for this variety is: pastry, cheese boards, white and red meats.
